This was another fun project, the venue was owned by two women, the layout was 5 min. on a bar napkin, and I had some tropics magazines I referenced. The trees / foliage / leaves seemingly took the most time. They were excellent hosts, providing me with refreshments and a key to the front door. It took 3 plus days to finish. Rollers, sponges, airbrush and various brushes were used.

I was asked by a client in an entrance area how would I disguise a unused overhead door, I said I’ll cover area with a mural, measured out to 8 ft tall by 10 ft wide, the mural was painted in my studio, rolled up, taken to site, and stretched on a 8x10 wooden frame, then screwed in place. The client Orrin Kenney of the Starline Factory was a happy camper.

Mural painted on interior wall of a store, approx 7’w x 9’h, the wall is flat, the stone boulders are painted on around the window view. The mural was complex with details and took approx 40 hrs to render. The wall is to the right of a real stone boulder fire place. It was a fun project.
